If you are new to the corporate, you should probably already know how to dress for an interview. Dressing for an interview correctly is the first step to making an impression in the job. If you are wearing the right dress and having the right attitude with the right manners, chances are that you will bag the job. It's that simple! The bottom line isto be purely confident. Know your stuff and your material. Wear the right dress for your interview. The first impression is the last impression as they all say it. Dress professionally. Make that first impression a great one. Wear suits if you are a male and again a suit if you are a female.

Both men and women should know how to dress for an interview. To dress professionally for an interview, men should take care of their attire including wearing suits that have solid color- either black, grey or navy blue. Wear a long sleeve underneath the suit. Wear absolutely no jewelry on your nose, ears, or your anywhere that is visible. This creates a bad impression in your interview. Trim your hair according to your dressing. Refrain from keeping long hair. It should be a near and professional hair cut. Try not to use too much of aftershave or perfume. This could be distracting to the interviewer. Trim your nails and carry a portfolio or a briefcase if required.

In case of women, they should wear a suit that is either navy, black, grey or even dark grey in color. The suit skirt should be proportional in length, so that it's easy to sit down. Wear coordinated blouse and proper shoes to go with them. Wears very little or no jewelry. If you are in a professional environment, chances are that you will see the maximum amount of people wearing no jewelry at all. Maintain a professional hairstyle. Put light make-up and perfume. Keep your nails neatly manicured. Carry a briefcase or a portfolio is required.

Questions to ask during an interview includes, asking things like what are your responsibilities going to be, what roles are going to be playing in your job per day, is this is a new or an already existing position that is being filled, what is the management style of the company, whom do you report to, number of people working in the office, if relocation is necessary, if any travel is required, how days a week will you have to work and the leave policy. More questions to ask during an interview should be asking something regarding to your career including your career growth and prospects here if they needed references, what I expect to hear from the employer and anything related to the job.

Wear the right dress to an interview
